September is done... time to donate the savings!

So here is the breakdown:

Total miles rode in September:  269.59 miles  (as per My Tracks-2011-September)

Current Diesel Fuel price at my local Turkey Hill:  $3.81 a gallon

My savings per mile:  .30 cents  ($3.81 gallon divided by 13mpg)

Total savings:  $80.88  (269.59 miles times .30 cents a mile)

$80.88 divide by 2 = $40.44 per charity.

I will be mailing a check to both charities for $40.44 each.
