October is done... Time to donate the savings!

So here is the breakdown:

Total miles rode in October:  176.53 miles  (as per My Tracks-2011-October)

Current Diesel Fuel price at my local Turkey Hill:  $3.89 a gallon

My savings per mile:  .30 cents  ($3.89 gallon divided by 13mpg)

Total savings:  $52.96  (176.53 miles times .30 cents a mile)

$52.96 divide by 2 = $26.48 per charity.

I will be mailing a check to both charities for $26.48 each.
