November is done... Time to donate the savings!

So here is the breakdown:

Total miles rode in November:  171.98 miles  (as per My Tracks-2011-November)

Current Diesel Fuel price at my local Turkey Hill:  $3.94 a gallon

My savings per mile:  .30 cents  ($3.94 gallon divided by 13mpg)

Total savings:  $51.60  (171.98 miles times .30 cents a mile)

$51.60 divide by 2 = $25.80 per charity.

I will be mailing a check to both charities for $25.80 each.
